Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since ethnic wear fits vary by silhouette, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a comfortable fit.
What is your shipping timeline for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, it usually takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
How should I care for my ethnic garments?
To preserve the intricate embroidery and delicate fabrics like silk and georgette, we recommend dry cleaning only for most of our premium collections. For cotton sets, a gentle hand wash in cold water is suitable.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that customized or altered outfits are not eligible for returns.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes within India. For international orders, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment gateways like PayPal.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
